Pacific Environmental Services Company (PESCO) was  established in 1989 In Port Townsend, Washington. In 1998, PESCO opened a branch office in the Spokane area to better serve the needs of our customers in the Petroleum Industry throughout the Northwest. PESCO is a licensed General Contractor in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana who employs fuel system installers and decommisioners licensed by the International Code Council. PESCO’s staff also includes a National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) accredited corrosion technician.
